Privacy policy
This policy explains how personal data is processed when you use the website, place a QR table order, contact us or apply for a job.
QR ordering may be activated only after the allergen matrix, provider roles and internal retention rules have been confirmed. Until then, the feature is for configuration and testing.

QR orders
We process the location and table, selected items, prices, language, time and order status. Name and notes are optional and are used only to prepare the order, deliver it to the correct table and resolve issues. Do not enter health or allergy information in free-text fields; ask our team and consult the information available at the location before ordering.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request and performing the order. Name and free-text notes are automatically anonymised 30 days after an order is served, rejected or cancelled. Invoice data and records required by law are retained for the statutory periods.
Recipients and hosting
The website is hosted by NEOSERV (Avant.Si d.o.o.). An authorised maintenance provider may access data only to operate the system securely. Where the eBlagajna connection is enabled, an accepted order, its items and notes are sent to the contracted eBlagajna system for in-venue processing. Backups are kept for no more than 30 days.
Messages and job applications
Messages to info@chiliandlimes.com are used to respond and conduct business communication. Applications sent to zaposlitev@chiliandlimes.com are used only for recruitment. Access is limited to authorised staff and data is kept only as long as needed for the purpose or legal obligations.
Technical logs
For security and reliability, IP address, request time, requested URL and error data may be processed. Logs are not used for advertising or profiling.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time where consent is the legal basis.
You may complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner. Contact info@chiliandlimes.com to exercise your rights.
