Terms of use
These terms govern the Chili & Limes website and QR table ordering at locations where that option is expressly enabled.
Before QR ordering is activated, the provider must confirm the location's allergen matrix, current contact details and its decision on alternative consumer dispute resolution.

QR order and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when our team accepts the order. The basket total shown at submission is the final price in EUR and includes VAT. Payment is made to our team or at the existing terminal on site; online payment is not available.
If an item cannot be prepared, our team may reject the order or agree a change with you. Order status is shown on the same device; a receipt is provided on payment.
Menu, availability and allergens
The offer varies by location and images are illustrative. QR ordering must not be activated until verified allergen information is available for that location. Check the information displayed at the venue and ask our team before ordering if you are unsure.
External platforms
Delivery and other external platforms open only after you click their links. Orders placed there are governed by their terms, prices and privacy notices.
Intellectual property
Copy, photography, design and trade marks are protected. Use beyond normal viewing of the site requires prior written permission from the rights holder.
Accessibility and errors
We aim to keep the website accessible and reliable. If you encounter a barrier or inaccurate information, email info@chiliandlimes.com so we can provide the information accessibly or correct the error.
Alternative dispute resolution
The recognised ADR body, or a statement that the provider recognises no ADR body, will be published after the provider's formal decision. The discontinued EU ODR platform is not linked.
